Salmon is quite expensive, but at the same time very tasty and healthy fish. Having prepared a salmon salad, you will not only decorate your festive table, but pleasantly surprise your family and friends.

- Butter - 150 grams;
- Cheese - 150 grams;
- Onions - 2 pieces;
- Rice (boiled) - 1 glass;

Step 1
Rinse the salmon thoroughly and boil until tender in salted water. The cooking time is at least 30 minutes. Cool, soften with your hands or with a fork and spread half of the resulting mass on the bottom of the salad bowl. Make sure that there are no bones in the meat of the fish that can ruin everything. This is the first layer of the salad.

Then cut the onions into small cubes and spread over the salmon.

Boil eggs, grate on a coarse grater, and? put some on a layer of onion and brush with mayonnaise.

The next layer of lettuce is cheese grated on a coarse grater and frozen butter, on top of which put rice.
