Chop the peeled onion and fry in oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with paprika and stir.

Add the coarse beef to the skillet. Add salt, pepper and sauté everything over high heat. Once the meat sticks are white, reduce heat and add water. Simmer the beef in a skillet with the lid closed for about an hour.

While the beef is stewing, cut up the washed and peeled vegetables. Carrots and tomatoes are best cut into cubes and peppers into small strips. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes. Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife.
Step 4
And after an hour of stewing the meat, add chopped vegetables (except potatoes) and chopped garlic to it. For an hour of stewing, part of the water had time to boil, add more hot water to the dish and mix all the ingredients. You need to simmer for another 15 minutes, after which the meat should become soft, which means it should be ready.
