- 0.5 kg chicken wings;
- 100 g of beer;
- 2 eggs;
- 4 tablespoons flour;

Instructions
Step 1
Honey wings. Rinse 1 kg of chicken wings under running water. Remove feather stumps if present on the wings.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix 1 tablespoon of liquid honey, 0.5 cups of soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp. curry. Curry can be substituted with any spice you like. Stir the marinade until smooth.
Step 3
Add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil to the marinade. Whisk everything until the butter is completely combined with honey and soy sauce.

Place the chicken wings in the marinade saucepan and toss them with your hands. Each wing should be completely coated with marinade.

Place the lid on the pot and place the wings in the refrigerator overnight to marinate. During this time, stir the wings several times with a spoon so that they marinate better.
Step 6
Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet and place them in an oven preheated to 150 degrees. Roast the wings for an hour. Serve the honey-glazed chicken wings hot or cold.

Chicken wings in batter. Wash 0.5 kg of chicken wings, put in a saucepan and fill with water so that it barely covers the wings.

Cover the pot with a lid and place over high heat. Bring contents of a saucepan to a boil, reduce heat. Cook the wings over low heat until tender. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, salt the broth to taste.

Place the cooked wings on a plate and pat dry with a paper towel. Then rub each wing with hot red pepper.
Step 10
Prepare the batter. Beat 2 eggs with 100 g of beer. Add 4 tablespoons of flour in portions and stir until the lumps disappear.

Dip each wing in batter and fry in hot vegetable oil until a delicious golden crust. Place the sautéed wings on a paper towel to remove excess grease. Serve fried chicken wings with vegetable salad.
