Jelly is a delicious dessert that is easy to make. But prepare not quite ordinary jelly, but sour cream, adding bananas to the delicacy - it will turn out to be unimaginably tasty!
It is necessary
- - sour cream - 500 grams;
- - sugar - 100 grams;
- - two bananas;
- - chocolate - 30 grams;
- - instant gelatin - 15 grams.
Instructions
Step 1
Take sour cream at room temperature, add sugar, beat with a mixer for five minutes, the sugar should dissolve completely.
Step 2
Pour gelatin with hot water (100 milliliters), stir thoroughly until the gelatin dissolves. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Pour gelatin to the sour cream. Whisk. Please note that sour cream and gelatin must be at the same temperature, otherwise the gelatin may curdle ahead of time.
Step 4
Peel the bananas, cut into large cubes. Divide into portion glasses.
Step 5
Pour sour cream on top of the glasses, put in the refrigerator for two hours. Rub the chocolate on a fine grater, sprinkle the finished sour cream jelly with chocolate.
