It is necessary

  • - 250 ml sour cream;
  • - 1 PC. chicken eggs;
  • - 250 ml of berry juice;
  • - 20 g of gelatin;
  • - 1 PC. lemon;
  • - 1 PC. orange;
  • - 400 g of berries;
  • - 50 g of sugar;
  • - 20 g grated nuts;
  • - 20 g of whipped cream;
  • - 20 g of icing sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Use fresh or frozen berries. Cherries, raspberries, strawberries, black currants are well suited for this recipe. Rinse the berries, sort out, if necessary, remove the seeds, if any. Pour cold water into a small saucepan, add sugar and bring to a boil. Add half the berries to boiling water and cook for five minutes.

Step 2

Soak half of the gelatin in a little cold water, let it brew for fifteen minutes. Then, in a small saucepan, bring the gelatin to a boil, stirring constantly. When the gelatin is completely dissolved, remove and cool.

Step 3

Take chicken eggs, separate the whites and beat them in a blender to a foam. Add sour cream to the foam, mix. Wash the lemon and orange, dry and rub their zest on a fine grater. Add the zest to the whites and sour cream, beat until smooth. Add gelatin. Stir and pour into tall glasses or bowls. Place in refrigerator for one hour. For beauty, you can tilt the glasses.

Step 4

Soak half of the gelatin again and cook as before. Add fruit juice and berry juice to the mixture. Mix everything well and cool, add boiled berries, shake a little and add to glasses. Place in the refrigerator for an hour. Make another layer of berries. Garnish with ice cream, powder and nuts before serving.
