It is necessary

  • - raspberry puree - 1 kg;
  • - sugar - 400-500 g;
  • - icing sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, sort out the raspberries: remove all debris and crushed berries from it. Then place it in a colander and rinse it under cold running water. Keep raspberries in a colander until all the water has drained off.

Step 2

Transfer the washed berries to a small enamel cup and put them in the oven. There she should warm up well. After this procedure, pass the raspberries through a sieve, thus turning them into a puree mass.

Step 3

Put the raspberry puree in a bowl with a deep bottom and beat it for 40 minutes - it should turn white and become slightly larger in volume. When this happens, add granulated sugar to the berry mass and beat it for about a quarter of an hour.

Step 4

After covering a baking sheet with baking paper, brush it with either ghee or sunflower oil. Then sprinkle the lubricated surface with powdered sugar and put the whipped raspberry mass on it in a layer of 1, 5-3 centimeters, no more. Smooth the future marshmallow on top with a knife.

Step 5

Send the mass laid out on a baking sheet to dry in an oven, the temperature of which is 50-60 degrees. After 4 hours of this drying, remove the pastille from the oven, cut it into small pieces and send it back to dry.

Step 6

After 2 hours have passed, gently turn the berry mass over to the other side and dry it further. When the sweetness is completely dry and stops sticking to your palms, you can serve it to the table. The raspberry marshmallow is ready!
