Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, boil it and add salt and pepper, a little lemon juice. Put the asparagus in boiling water, first of all the thick part, cook the asparagus for 10 minutes, then remove it and put it in cold water for a few minutes. Cut the finished asparagus into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onion, rinse it, dry it, cut into cubes and place in a skillet with butter. Fry the onions until soft. Cut the cucumbers into small pieces, and peel the carrots, rinse and dip in water. Boil the carrots until half cooked, cool and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Boil washed potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into cubes. Combine all vegetables, season with olive oil, season and salt. Put everything in a salad bowl, decorate with herbs, put the root leaves on top. Corn salad is ready, bon appetit!
