It is necessary

    • White cabbage - 1 kg
    • Tomato paste - 2-3 tablespoons
    • Vegetable oil,
    • Garlic - 2-3 cloves,
    • Chopped fresh herbs,
    • Salt
    • ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat in cold water, cut into small pieces. Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into strips or rub on a cadaveric grater.

Step 2

Take a heavy-walled saucepan, heat it, pour the oil and sauté the meat, then add the onion and, stirring occasionally, fry until the onion is golden brown. Add the carrots, stirring occasionally, fry for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Dissolve tomato paste with a glass of water, add half a teaspoon of sugar to it, pour into the meat, close the lid, simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Add the cabbage, cut into strips, salt and stir several times until it settles. If necessary, add a little more water, close the lid, simmer until tender over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 5

Turn off the heat, pour finely chopped herbs and garlic into a saucepan, stir, close the lid, let stand for 5 minutes, and then put on plates. Stewed cabbage with meat is ready!
