An excellent option for sandwiches is chicken pate, which is easy to make at home. It is so delicate and delicious that it can even be put on a festive table.

- - 100 g cream cheese;
- - 60 g butter;
- - 100 ml of chicken broth;
- - greens to taste;

Step 1
Cut the wings off the chicken carcass, wash and cook to get broth. Do not forget to skim the foam when boiling. Strain the finished broth.
Step 2
Wash the carcass itself, salt and bake in the oven until tender. To prevent the meat from burning, it is more convenient to bake the chicken in foil. Take out the finished chicken, cool and separate the meat from the bones. In this case, the skin does not need to be taken.
Step 3
Pass the chicken meat through a meat grinder, preferably 2-3 times. Add softened butter and cream cheese. Stir, pour in the broth, salt and pepper to taste, mix again and beat with a blender until smooth.
Step 4
Spread the pate on the pieces of loaf and place over a sprig of greens. You will have sandwiches. Or lay out the pate beautifully on a plate, garnish with herbs and put on the festive table.
