Step 1
Before cooking, the fish must be prepared as follows. Wash the fish, gut, cut out the gills (if not removed, they can spoil the taste of the fish). Then rinse the prepared carcasses again well under running water, and then dry.

Then you need to prepare the marinade mixture. For this, the garlic is peeled, then placed in a mortar along with allspice, coarse salt and crushed. After that, the juice of half a lemon, vegetable oil is added to the resulting mixture and everything is thoroughly mixed.

After that, you need to grate the mackerel carcasses well with this mixture from all sides. After that, chopped greens need to be put into the belly of the fish.

Then put the mackerel on a sheet of foil folded in half. It should be borne in mind that the sheet of foil should be such that the fish is wrapped in it entirely. Then the fish is tightly wrapped in foil and marinated at room temperature for about half an hour.
Step 5
After 30 minutes, you need to place the fish in an oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
