Rolls are a kind of sushi, a Japanese dish. This is a kind of snack, which is a roll of rice with various fillings, often wrapped in nori sheets. Rolls "Philadelphia" are distinguished by an extraordinary aftertaste, which is present due to the specific cheese that is included in their composition. You can prepare such a delicacy at home, pleasantly surprising your loved ones.

- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- nori sheets;
- 200 g salmon (lightly salted);
- 1 cucumber;
- 1 avocado
- 1 apple;
- 100 g of Philadelphia cheese;
- mat for rolling rolls.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the rice for 10-15 minutes. Make sure that it does not boil. Better if it is a little harsh.
Step 2
Wash and peel the apple and avocado. Slice the avocado, apple, and cucumber into 10cm thin cubes.

Place half of the nori sheet on the mat, shiny side down. Put the rice in a thin layer, dipping it a little in rice vinegar.

Place cling film on the table and turn the mat over so that the future roll is rice on the film.

Place the filling on the nori sheet. First spread a thin layer of Philadelphia cheese. Don't overdo it - this is a pretty specific product. Next, lay out the long slices of avocado and apple. You can put only two types of product in one roll, for example, avocado and apple, apple and cucumber or cucumber and avocado.
Step 6
Now gently form a roll by twisting the mat. Cut the resulting roll into portions and put a slice of lightly salted salmon on top.
Step 7
Philadelphia rolls are served on a large platter, garnished with pickled ginger and special wasabi sauce. Remember: the wasabi sauce is very spicy, so it is enough to squeeze 1-2 peas onto the dish. Pour soy sauce into small special plates and enjoy delicious homemade rolls.
