Instructions
Step 1
Place the nori seaweed, shiny side down, on the makisu.
Step 2
Spread the rice evenly on top of the pressed nori seaweed, leaving the farthest edge 1 cm free of rice. Turn the sheet over.
Step 3
Apply wasabi and cheese to the middle of the seaweed leaf.
