Instructions
Step 1
To make the rolls tasty, it is important to cook the rice correctly. Take round grain rice, rinse and cook over high heat. Pour water in a ratio of 1 to 2. When the contents of the saucepan boil, cover it with a lid and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. When the water is completely absorbed by the rice, turn off the heat and let the rice simmer for another 15-20 minutes. It should be soft and sticky. When the rice has cooled, add special rice vinegar to it.
Step 2
Prepare the rest of the ingredients: cut the cucumber into thin strips. Cut the fish into thin but wider slices. Open the cheese jar.
Step 3
Take a mat and spread it on the table. On top of it, place cling film and a nori sheet with the rough side up. Start spreading the rice. Top it with cheese and cucumber. Roll up the rolls with a bamboo mat. If the edges of the nori do not stick together, moisten them with water.
Step 4
It's the salmon's turn. Lay out fish plates and place them on the edge of the mat. On the other side, there should be a rolled roll with cheese and cucumber. Roll the roll again. It should now be covered with a fishy layer.
Step 5
Home-cooked Philadelphia rolls are almost ready. Cut the roll into pieces and serve with ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.
