Step 1

Place the pot filled with water on the stove. When the water boils in it, place the bacon laid in plastic bags in it. So lard should be cooked for 2-2, 5 hours, no less.

Step 4

Then remove the boiled bacon from the water and let it cool without removing it from the plastic bags, and put it in the refrigerator. There it must stay for a day. This is necessary for its better impregnation with spices and seasonings.

Step 5

Remove the finished dish from plastic bags. Boiled homemade lard is ready!
