Cook the beans in a double boiler or boil them in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Cut the tomatoes in half each. Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl, mix with olive oil and finely chopped basil. Ham salad
Ingredients:
- green beans - 400 g
- ham - 250 g
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- onions - ¼ pieces
- parmesan - 100 g
- mayonnaise
Boil the beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Throw the beans in a colander, cool and put in a salad bowl. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, the ham into strips, chop the onion. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Season the salad with mayonnaise and stir.
Salad with tuna
Ingredients:
- tuna fillet - 300 g
- potatoes - 300 g
- green beans - 150 g
- cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- lettuce - 150 g.
- chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- olives - 80 g
- shallots - 1 head
- anchovies in oil - 20 g.
- lemon - 1/4 pc
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- olive oil - 80 ml
- mustard - 1 tsp
- white wine vinegar - 1 tsp
- pepper, salt
Mix a small amount of olive oil and lemon juice, add a pinch of black pepper and salt. In the resulting sauce, marinate the tuna fillet.
Peel potatoes, cut into cubes, boil in salted water. Boil green beans for 5 minutes. Chop hard-boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes, chop the lettuce.
After that, fry the marinated tuna fillet - it is enough on each side for a minute. Beat mustard with white wine vinegar and gradually add olive oil. Add chopped anchovies, garlic and shallots. Stir in potatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives, lettuce and beans. Place the salad in a bowl. Top - eggs and tuna slices.
Soy Sauce Salad
Ingredients:
- green beans - 300 g
- garlic - 3 cloves
- soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- olive oil -2 tbsp
- sesame seeds - a pinch
- salt
Rinse beans and boil for 5 minutes in salted water. Throw it in a colander and fry in a pan in olive oil. Add chopped garlic, cook for another two to three minutes. Add soy sauce and cook for another minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
White and green bean salad
Ingredients:
- green beans - 300 g
- white beans - 2 tbsp
- tomatoes - 300 g
- onions - 100 g
- pitted olives - 50 g
- olive oil - 50 ml
- chopped basil or oregano - 3 tablespoons
- lemon juice - 1-2 tablespoons
- pepper, salt
Boil the green beans in salted water over high heat until half cooked (about 5 minutes). Throw in a colander and rinse with cold water, cut the pods in half.
