The most important thing in pizza is the dough. There are several variations of its preparation, which differ not only in ingredients, but also in technology. To make the pizza really tasty, you need to make the right dough. To do this, you will have to follow the algorithm of actions, otherwise it may turn out to be tough and not very tasty.

Ingredients

To make pizza dough, you need the following ingredients:

- 375 g flour;

- 15 g of sugar;

- 5 g of salt;

- 225 ml of warm boiled water;

- 5 g of honey;

- 10 ml of olive oil;

- 5 g dry yeast.

Making pizza dough

First, you need to sift the flour into a bowl, where the dough will subsequently start. Then yeast and sugar are added to it, everything is well mixed. After that, water is poured into a bowl. All ingredients in it should be whisked well to get a homogeneous mass. Now you can add olive oil and honey to it, and then mix. Next, you need to look at the consistency of the dough, if it turned out to be thick, then you should add a little more water. The exact amount will be determined by eye, since it all depends on the quality of the flour. As a result, the dough should become liquid.

After that, it is covered with a towel and left alone for 5 minutes. During this time, the processes of yeast activity will begin in it and it will acquire greater integrity. After this time, you can start kneading the dough. It will gradually become more homogeneous. You need to knead it until it lags behind your hands. This can take about a quarter of an hour. The kneaded dough is characterized by smoothness and gloss. In addition, there may also be bubbles in it. They show that the gluten is well developed, which means that the dough can be spread on a baking sheet for proofing. It should be rolled out and covered with a towel, leaving for 2 hours in a warm place. After this time, it should increase in volume by 3 times.

Advice

If the farm has a bread maker, you can load all the ingredients into it by setting the standard yeast dough program. As a result, you will be able to save time in which you can prepare pizza toppings. You should not add a lot of yeast to the dough, thinking that due to this ingredient it will come up faster, because you can easily spoil it. As a result, the pizza can be tough and smell like bread. Honey can be excluded from the recipe, it practically does not affect the taste of the dough, but then a little more sugar should be added.
