Step 1
To make pizza "minute", prepare a bowl and mix in it 4 tablespoons of sour cream, 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 9 of the same tablespoons of flour and 2 eggs. Stir until you get the consistency of not very thick sour cream.

Then prepare the ingredients for the filling. Any topping will work for this pizza recipe, so you can use whatever you find in the fridge. To make the pizza tastier, be sure to add the tomatoes and sausage cut into rings. Mushrooms can also be added if desired. Chop all the ingredients of your choice as needed, then add the grated cheese to a separate bowl.

Pour some sunflower or olive oil into the pan and place the previously prepared batter in it. After the dough has spread, add a few drops of mayonnaise and ketchup to the surface and spread them evenly. Then put the filling in the order you want, and sprinkle the future pizza "a minute" with grated cheese generously.
Step 4
Start frying your pizza. Place the skillet over low heat, cover and wait a little. Cooking pizza "minute" does not take much time. After all the cheese has melted, remove the pan from the heat.
