Brioche is a French cuisine dish. It is a bun made of yeast dough with the addition of butter and other components. I suggest making delicious cheese brioches. The dish is incredibly tasty. It is not that difficult to prepare, but it takes some time to prepare.
It is necessary
- - flour - 250 g;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - milk 2, 5% - 120 ml;
- - butter - 75 g;
- - Maasdam cheese - 100 g;
- - soft cream cheese - 200 g;
- - sugar - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - dry yeast - 1 tbsp. l.;
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, leave for 10-15 minutes. Then add the remaining sugar and 50 grams of flour and stir. Cover the dough with a napkin and place in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2
Beat 2 eggs. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3
Add beaten eggs, grated cheese, cream cheese and pieces of softened butter to the dough. Slowly adding flour, knead the dough. It should be soft. Place the dough on a floured table and knead for 10-15 minutes. Roll the dough into a ball, cover with a napkin and store in a warm place for 2 hours. The dough should increase in size by 3-4 times.
Step 4
Take small baking tins, grease them with oil. Divide the finished dough into several pieces and form into small buns. Place each bun in a cookie cutter (the dough should be 1/3 of the mold). Use a sharp knife to cut a shallow cut along the center of each bun. Leave the dough in the tins for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Mix 1 yolk with 2 tablespoons of milk. Whisk. Brush the top of the brioches with whipped yolk. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-35 minutes, until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
