Cut off the crust of the loaf, cut it into small cubes and leave it for a while to dry out a little. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl. Sift 4 tablespoons of flour onto a plate.

Breaded the pieces of catfish in flour, then dip in eggs, then roll in a sliced loaf. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry breaded fillet pieces until golden brown. Remove and pat dry on a sieve or paper towel.
