It is rather difficult to overestimate the benefits of eggs for the human body due to the easy and quick assimilation of egg white. Another part of them - the yolk - is a source of a large amount of vitamins and minerals. The popularity of eggs has increased all the more recently, since nutritionists have debunked the myth about the dangers of consuming more than 3 eggs per month. So how to cook this product in a modern multicooker quickly and easily?
Steam cooking
This does not take a lot of time, as well as a lot of ingredients and fixtures. You just need to pour about three glasses of water into the multicooker container, hang a mesh or strainer on top (depending on what the kitchen equipment is equipped with), on which you then put the required number of eggs and turn on the "steam" cooking mode available for all multicooker. The required time for boiling hard-boiled eggs is 12 minutes, soft-boiled - 6, 5-7 minutes, and the countdown must be carried out from the moment the liquid boils inside the multicooker.
And there is a little trick here. Eggs often crack during cooking, especially when they are hard boiled. To prevent this from happening, you need to pierce each with a needle from the blunt side once. This will keep the eggs from cracking during boiling.
Due to the lack of a characteristic smell in the shell, boiling eggs can be combined with the preparation of other dishes that require water. This can save time and energy. It is very convenient to cook hard-boiled eggs in this way, for example, with buckwheat porridge, which requires a lot of water. In this case, on the multicooker, it is necessary to set the "cereal" mode, the duration of which is usually 22-25 minutes (the liquid heats up and boils for 10 minutes, and buckwheat itself is already boiling for 15 minutes).
Boiling eggs in a multicooker pan
This cooking method is just as simple. Water is simply poured into the bowl of the device, eggs are laid, which must be covered with liquid, and then the "steam" mode is switched on. The cooking time in this case is 8-10 minutes for a "steep" state and 4, 5-5 for a soft-boiled state. The countdown is also carried out from the moment of boiling.
In this case, another mode of operation of the multicooker - "Multipovar" will be no less effective, although not all devices of this type have it. Then the countdown begins immediately, and you do not need to wait for boiling. For hard-boiled cooking, you need a temperature setting of 100 degrees Celsius and a time of 20 minutes, and for a soft-boiled state - the same temperature regime and 15 minutes of the multicooker operating time.
Do not forget about the measure that can significantly facilitate the process of cleaning the eggs: immediately after the end of cooking, they must be placed in a container with cold water, so the eggs will cool down, and cleaning them will not be difficult for you. Do not leave soft-boiled eggs in the multicooker container after turning it off, as they will quickly reach a "cool" state.
