The Male Ideal cake has an amazing taste. It turns out to be delicate and airy, and since it contains natural honey, the aroma from it is simply amazing.
Required Ingredients
To make the dough for the Male Ideal cake, you will need to take the following products:
- egg - 3 pcs.;
- granulated sugar - 250 g;
- natural liquid honey - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- almonds - 250 g;
- vodka - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- soda - 1 tsp (no need to extinguish beforehand);
- wheat flour - 500 g;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
In order to make a cream and impregnation, you need the following ingredients:
- boiled condensed milk - 1 can;
- butter - 2520 g;
- freshly brewed black tea - 100 ml;
- dark chocolate - 70 g;
- cognac - 4 tbsp. spoons.
Cooking process
Take a bowl, beat eggs into it and add sugar. Whisk these ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Take nuts and cut them into small pieces. Then transfer them to a coffee grinder and make a powder. Add it immediately to the egg-sugar mass. Stir everything again and set aside.
Take a saucepan, pour water and put it on fire. When it boils, turn it off and put the bowl with the previously obtained mass directly on it. Start to alternately introduce honey, soda and vodka into it. Using a whisk, beat the ingredients thoroughly. Then sift the flour so that it is saturated with oxygen, and then gradually add it to the bowl with the mass. You should get a dough with a liquid consistency.
Plug in the oven and preheat to 180 ° C. Take a baking dish, brush it with a little vegetable oil, and then add three tablespoons of dough. With wet hands, it must be evenly distributed over the entire form, which is then immediately sent to the oven. One cake is baked on average for 8-10 minutes. Its readiness must be checked with a toothpick. Then, from the remaining dough, the remaining cakes are baked in turn.
Cool the cakes, and then start preparing the impregnation. Take freshly brewed strong black tea and add cognac to it. Stir everything and coat each crust with impregnation.
Take boiled condensed milk, transfer to a clean bowl and add softened butter to it. Using a whisk, beat the ingredients thoroughly. The cream should be lump-free and thick enough. Lubricate the soaked cakes with it and form a cake out of them.
Rub the dark chocolate and sprinkle it over the finished dessert, or use chopped nuts instead. Leave the cake in a cool place for 1-2 hours. After this time, it can be served with tea.
