If you don't have an electric waffle iron yet, then it's time to get one, because what could be tastier for breakfast than soft chocolate waffles with a light crunch. The cooking recipe is quite simple.
It is necessary
- - 150 g wheat flour;
- - 150 g of potato starch;
- - 250 g butter;
- - 100 g of chocolate;
- - 50 g of caster sugar;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
- - powdered sugar and chocolate chips for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Stir the wheat flour and potato starch, then sift through a kitchen sieve. Remove the oil from the refrigerator in advance - it should become quite soft and plastic. Add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar to it and beat with a mixer or blender with a whisk attachment until fluffy, light mass.
Step 2
Add the chicken eggs in turn, stirring each time after adding the egg. Break the chocolate into wedges, place in a ceramic cup and microwave for a few minutes. Stir the chocolate into the butter and egg mass. Beat again with a mixer.
Step 3
Pour in a mixture of flour and potato starch, stir until smooth. Preheat the electric waffle iron, grease the work plates with sunflower oil using a silicone cooking brush. Spoon a portion of the dough and bake the waffles until tender.
Step 4
Place ready-made waffles on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and chocolate chips. Serve immediately with your morning coffee.
