You will need an electric waffle iron to bake thin roll wafers. With its help, round corrugated sheets are prepared very quickly. The main thing is to make the dough correctly so that the products turn out to be crispy and melt in the mouth.

Try making waffles with yeast. Pour 2/3 cup milk into a saucepan, add butter. Heat the mixture, stirring and not letting it boil, until the butter is completely melted. Remove the stewpan from the stove and add dry yeast, sugar, and a pinch of salt into it.

In a separate bowl, combine a glass of milk and three eggs. Pour the mixture into the settled dough, stir and add flour. Pound the dough so that there are no lumps in it, and put it in a warm place for an hour. During this time, the mass should triple in volume.

If you want to wait for the yeast dough to come up, prepare the waffle mix differently. Melt the butter, beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of vanillin. Pour the egg mixture into the butter, stir, add flour in portions and grind until smooth. The dough is ready to bake.
