Dutch waffles are the perfect treat that doesn't require a lot of effort. Perhaps the preparation of the dough and filling takes longer than the preparation itself.

- - half a glass of milk;
- - 50 g of yeast;
- - 200 ml of honey or jam;
- - 1 egg.

Step 1
The first step is to prepare the food for cooking. Melt the butter, heat the milk slightly.
Step 2
Then let's prepare the dough. We will mix all the necessary ingredients: flour, butter, sand, yeast, milk and eggs. Knead the dough until it looks like a homogeneous mass. Then the dough must be removed to a warm place. There it should rise several times within an hour.
Step 3
Then the dough should be divided into small lumps. Grease each lump with sunflower oil and place in a waffle iron. Bake them for two minutes, until the waffles are golden brown.
Step 4
Usually the size of real Dutch waffles does not exceed 5 millimeters, so the resulting waffles should be cut in half. Spread the filling between the parts of the waffles, it can be either honey or jam. You can also use homemade caramel.
