It is necessary

  • - 300 g fillet of any red fish;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 2 tbsp. butter;
  • - 1 tbsp. heavy cream;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • - 1 tbsp. flour;
  • - 1 tbsp. mozzarella;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - olive oil to taste.

Step 1

While you are cooking food, turn on the preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

In a skillet preheated with oil, fry the finely chopped onions. Fry it until golden brown. Cut the fish into small cubes and add to the onion. Add salt and pepper and stir the fish well.

Step 3

Take another skillet, sprinkle flour on the bottom and pour in the cream. The consistency should be like sour cream. Add salt, pepper and mix with cooked fish and onions.

Step 4

Mix everything carefully and arrange in the molds. Rub the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle on top. Now put everything in the oven for 8 minutes. The dish should be baked at a temperature of 180 degrees. As soon as the cheese is melted on top, the julienne is ready!
