1. To prepare the dough, add baking powder to the flour, sift all together through a sieve.

2. Beat eggs with sugar and salt separately, then combine with warm milk and flour. Stir so that not a single lump remains in the dough. Before baking pancakes, the dough must be infused, so cover the bowl with it with a towel and leave for 20-25 minutes.

3. In the meantime, prepare the mushroom bake: peel and chop the onions. Wipe the champignons with a damp, clean cloth, and then chop into slices.

4. Pour about 2 tablespoons into the skillet. tablespoons of vegetable oil, add butter, put onion and sauté until pale yellow. Add the mushrooms, cook everything together over moderate heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring. If desired, the hot spice can be seasoned with hot spices.

5. Heat the pancake pan well, brush with ghee or vegetable oil. Put about a tablespoon of the baking powder, evenly, spread it very quickly over the bottom of the pan and pour in the dough immediately. Roast for 2 minutes, turn over with a spatula, roast for another minute on the other side.
