Fruit in chocolate is a quick, tasty and very beautiful dessert that will be appropriate even on a festive table. Glazed fruits and berries are served at cocktails and buffets, they are used to decorate cakes and pastries. Use black, milk, white, or colored flavored chocolate for cooking.
Choosing fruits and chocolate
For glazing, fruits and berries with a dense texture that do not have seeds are most often chosen. Large fruits are cut into beautiful slices. The secret is that the fruit or its pieces are not too small. It is desirable that the fruits have a bright sweet or sour taste. Fresh fruits are not so tasty.
Usually on buffet tables there are strawberries, slices of oranges, apples and pears, pineapple segments, slices of bananas. Sometimes more unusual fruits are covered with chocolate: cherries, carambola, grapes, gooseberries. If the berry has twigs or sepals, you can leave them, the dessert will look even more beautiful.
