A very simple dessert that only needs bananas, chocolate, candied fruits and some free time. For guests, it needs to be cooked in large quantities, since bananas in chocolate will disappear from the plate in the blink of an eye.
It is necessary
- - 2 bananas (as large as possible);
- - 300 gr. chocolate;
- - candied and dried fruits for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bananas into rings. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a microwave oven or in a water bath.
Step 2
Dip each piece of chocolate covered banana with two forks.
Step 3
We spread it neatly on the wire rack.
Step 4
Decorate each piece of dessert with a mixture of candied fruits and dried fruits and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Using a sharp spatula, remove the chocolate-covered bananas from the wire rack and transfer to a dish. Serve chilled.
