Chicken soup is already a classic; it is most often prepared as a first course. But chicken soup with seaweed is a more interesting option. It is also satisfying, but moreover, it is also healthier.
It is necessary
- - 2 1/2 liters of chicken broth;
- - 8 chicken drumsticks;
- - 3 potatoes;
- - 2 onions;
- - 1 can of seaweed;
- - 1 large carrot;
- - peppercorns, rice, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, lavrushka.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse carrots, peel them, cut into thin strips. Peel the onions, chop them finely, you can cut them into half rings if you like to feel the onion flavor in soups. Fry the carrots with onions in heated vegetable oil, add sugar and salt to taste.
Step 2
Rinse the rice. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes or very thin long strips. Pour ready-made chicken broth into a saucepan (prepare it in advance from chicken drumsticks), put potatoes with washed rice there, cook until both components are half cooked. Then send the carrots and onions to the pan, let the soup boil.
Step 3
At the end of cooking, add a jar of seaweed to the soup, after draining all the juice from it. Add peppercorns, bay leaf. You can add Provencal herbs if you like them. Cook for 1 minute, then turn off the stove, cover the pan with a lid, let the soup brew.
Step 4
Fry whole boiled chicken drumsticks in a little vegetable oil. Pour the prepared chicken soup with seaweed into bowls, put a piece of fried chicken in each. Serve hot! Mayonnaise or sour cream is added to taste.
