Seaweed is very beneficial for the thyroid gland. It is very easy to make a light and healthy soup from it!
It is necessary
- - water - 1.5 liters;
- - potatoes - 3 pieces;
- - one carrot;
- - one onion;
- - canned sea cabbage - 1 can;
- - canned green peas - 1 can;
- - one boiled egg;
- - vegetable oil, herbs, salt, pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Place diced potatoes in boiling water.
Step 2
Fry chopped carrots with onions separately in vegetable oil. Add to potatoes, cook until potatoes are half cooked.
Step 3
Add seaweed to the soup (drain the liquid from the jar beforehand!). Add green peas (also without liquid) and a grated boiled egg.
Step 4
Cook the seaweed soup for another five minutes. Season with pepper, salt to taste, sprinkle with chopped herbs, serve. Enjoy your meal!
