Step 1

We take the oil out of the refrigerator in advance so that it softens. Sift flour with baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Beat the softened butter and sugar separately into a fluffy mass. Add the egg, mix until smooth.

If you use cottage cheese in packs, add it along with juice and lemon zest. If your curd is grains, rub it through a sieve and mix with lemon and zest. Then add flour and butter-egg to the curd mass and knead the soft and dense dough. Its consistency will not allow us to form cookies with our palms, so arm yourself with spoons in advance.
