Put cottage cheese in a deep bowl, mash it. Combine the egg with granulated sugar, grind well and mix with cottage cheese.

Melt the butter; this can be done using the microwave. After cooling a little, drain the oil to the combined products.

If the honey is thick, melt it in a water bath or reuse the microwave. Add vanillin to it, combine with the total mass of products.

Sift flour with baking powder. Pour it over the curd mass and mix with a mixer, at low speed. Wash the lemon and remove a third of the zest from it, chop it. Add the lemon zest to the dough, continue kneading with your hands.

Leave the dough for 5-10 minutes, rest. Next, roll the sausage out of the dough and divide it into 16 parts. Roll balls from each part.
