It is necessary

  • 400 g of already boiled frozen cucumaria;
  • 400 g chicken neck;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 50 ml soy sauce;
  • 4 large cloves of garlic;
  • 3 bay leaves;
  • 5 pieces. black peppercorns;
  • 400 ml of water;
  • Pepper and possibly salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pork into small cubes. Chop the onion into cubes, cut the carrots into strips (or three on a medium grater). Heat the oil in a thick-walled saucepan, spread the pork, fry for 2 minutes. Then add the onions and carrots and fry until the vegetables are softer.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cut the tomato into cubes, three garlic and mix it with the soy sauce. We send all this to a saucepan for meat and vegetables, mix, lay out the cucumaria, fill with water, add peppercorns, bay leaves and, if desired, various favorite spices. Simmer over medium heat, covered for 40 minutes.
