In most cases, the filling is wrapped in a pancake, but today we will prepare pancakes in a different way in the form of a snack cake. They have long become an integral part of the menu for a festive feast.
Pancake Ingredients:
- 500 ml of milk;
- 3 pcs. chicken eggs;
- 300 g wheat flour;
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- salt;
- vegetable oil.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 8 pancakes;
- 120 g sour cream;
- 1 onion;
- 250 g of hard cheese;
- 0.5 kg of mushrooms (champignons);
- salt, pepper to taste;
- sunflower oil.
Making pancakes:
- Drive eggs into a container, add salt and sugar. Mix everything well, but do not beat.
- Pour a little less than half of the milk there and stir.
- Add flour and stir again thoroughly. The dough will come out like thick sour cream.
- Pour in the remaining milk, stir. Add oil, stir and leave for 10-20 minutes.
- A well-heated frying pan, grease thinly with oil. Pour a portion of the dough into the pan and fry on each side until golden brown. Pancakes are ready.
Preparation of the filling:
- Cut the champignons into small cubes. Cut several pieces into plates for decoration.
- Peel the onions and chop finely.
- Fry mushrooms in a pan, which are cut into plates. Postpone for now.
- Fry the onions over low heat, stirring occasionally (5-6 minutes).
- Send the diced mushrooms to the onion and fry until the mushrooms let juice.
- Add sour cream, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. The liquid should not evaporate completely.
- Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and divide into 8 servings.
- Grease a baking dish, lay out the pancake. Spread the mushroom mass on top, sprinkle with 1 portion of cheese. Cover the top with a pancake and so on in layers, until the end. Decorate with mushrooms on top.
- Place our cake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cut into portions before serving. Sprinkle herbs with grated cheese on top, if desired.
