Sweet pizza is a great solution for a children's birthday party or an adult party. This unusual dessert will surely please your guests. You can take your favorite pizza dough, of course, without adding hot spices to it, or make a sweet dessert dough.
Use one of these filling options:
· Strawberry pizza with curd sauce. Bake and cool a tortilla or shortcrust pastry crust. Whisk together cream cheese (for example, "Almette"), powdered sugar and vanilla sugar (choose proportions to taste). If the mass is very thick, add a tablespoon of sour cream. Spread the sauce over the tortilla and bake until brown (about 15 minutes more). Cool the tortilla, place the strawberry slices on top. You can garnish the pizza with whipped cream.
· You can make blueberry pizza in a similar way. Mix cream cheese with cinnamon, spread on a baked tortilla. Top with blueberry jam (if the jam is very runny, add a little starch). Top with fresh blueberries. You can add pieces of mozzarella. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the berries produce juice. Raspberry or blackberry pizza is also prepared.
· Apple pizza filling. Peel and chop the apples. Melt the butter, sauté the apples, then add sugar to taste, and a pinch of cinnamon, and simmer for a couple of minutes. Place mixture on rolled dough and bake. Serve this pizza with a scoop of ice cream.
· Chocolate pizza. If you have some pizza dough left and there is Nutella or a similar cream in the fridge, this recipe is for you. Bake the tortilla (form a small rim before baking). Spread Nutella on a hot cake, sprinkle with grated chocolate and put in the off hot oven for a couple of minutes. Take out the pizza, sprinkle with nuts and soaked dried fruits, cut and serve.
· Pizza with fruit and mascarpone cheese. Bake the tortilla until tender and cool the tortilla. Spread the cream, whipped with mascarpone cheese and sugar on the tortilla, spread your favorite fruits and berries on top.
Whichever recipe you choose, such a dessert will serve as a party decoration - and can easily replace a birthday cake and save the hostess a few minutes to prepare the festive table.
