Step 1

First you need to prepare the sauce. To do this, mix beer with mustard into a uniform consistency with the rest of the ingredients specified in the recipe. You can add your favorite herbs if desired.

The roll can be stuffed with both minced meat and meat. If meat is taken, then it is better to beat it off a little or cut into slices up to 1 cm thick. The meat or minced meat is mixed with spices, salt and black pepper.
