  • For a roll:
  • - 500 g of pork skin;
  • - 250 g of any minced meat or meat;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper;
  • - spices.
  • For the sauce:
  • - 500 ml of light, non-bitter beer;
  • - 2 tbsp. l mustard;
  • - 1 tbsp. l honey;
  • - 1 sprig of rosemary;
  • - ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to prepare the sauce. To do this, mix beer with mustard into a uniform consistency with the rest of the ingredients specified in the recipe. You can add your favorite herbs if desired.

Step 2

The roll can be stuffed with both minced meat and meat. If meat is taken, then it is better to beat it off a little or cut into slices up to 1 cm thick. The meat or minced meat is mixed with spices, salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Rinse the pork skin, dry a little and flatten on the table. Put chopped meat or minced meat on the skin.

Step 4

Tightly wrap the pork skin with meat filling in a roll, tie tightly with a strong thread.

Step 5

Place the roll in a baking dish, pour over the beer sauce. Bake at 200 ° C for about 2 hours, pouring over the sauce.

Step 6

When the roll is cooked, take it out of the oven, cool a little, remove the threads and cut into not thick portioned slices. This roll goes well with potato dishes and vegetable salads. Can also be served cold or hot as a stand-alone snack.
