- pork skin - 500 g;
- carrots - 2 pcs;
- onion - 1 pc;
- bell pepper - 1 pc;
- salt to taste;
- pepper to taste;
- black peppercorns - 4 pcs;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- bay leaves - 3 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
To cook baked pork skin, unfold 500 grams of offal on the table and trim off all excess fat, leaving only half a centimeter. Trim and trim the edges of the skin, then dip it whole in boiling water and cook for 40 minutes, adding 5 black peppercorns and salt to taste.
Step 2
Chop one large onion into large cubes and save in vegetable oil until golden brown. Pour 150 grams of light unfiltered beer onion, bring to a boil, add 100 grams of rice vinegar and remove from heat.
Step 3
Rinse the finished skin with cold water, place in a baking dish and put the onion on the bacon. Squeeze 3 cloves of garlic on top through a press, season with black pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4
Roll the skin in half, covering the top over the filling, and then pour the beer sauce over it. Salt and pepper again and put in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for half an hour. Then turn the skin over and cook for another 20 minutes. Serve the finished dish with boiled rice.
Step 5
Make a roll of pork skin. To do this, peel 2 medium carrots and cut into slices. Chop one large onion in half rings. For one bell pepper, remove the stem along with the seeds and cut into thin strips.

Fry vegetables in vegetable oil along with salt and pepper to taste. Drain the remaining oil. Put the filling of fried vegetables on top of the bacon, roll the skin into a tight roll and tie with a thread in several places.

Boil water in a saucepan, salt to taste, add 4 black peppercorns, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 bay leaves. Place the roll in a saucepan, and as soon as the water boils again, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Cool the finished roll, remove all threads from it, cut into portions and put on a dish.
