Infant formula makes delicious cookies. They have an excellent aroma and can be stored for several days. You can make them chocolate or in a protein glaze.
It is necessary
- Classic recipe
- - water - 100 ml;
- - infant formula - 300 g;
- - butter - 200 g;
- - colored confectionery dressing - 10 g;
- - cocoa powder - 50 g;
- - granulated sugar - 250 g.
- Original recipe
- - eggs - 5 pcs.;
- - wheat flour - 40 g;
- - infant formula - 8 tbsp. l.;
- - granulated sugar - 150 g;
- - soda - 1 tsp;
- - vinegar - 5-7 drops.
Instructions
Step 1
Use the classic infant formula cookie recipe. Take a saucepan, pour in the required amount of water and add sugar. Stir everything thoroughly, and then put on fire. Bring the syrup to a boil and add the butter immediately. Whisk the ingredients together. Reduce heat and soak the syrup for 10-15 minutes, it is necessary for it to become thick.
Step 2
Take the milk mixture, put it in a bowl and add the cocoa there. Stir the ingredients and then add them to the sugar syrup. Do this in portions, constantly stirring the resulting mass to prevent the formation of lumps in it. As a result, you should have a thick, warm dough with a uniform consistency.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 200C. Take a baking sheet and cover with parchment (be sure to grease with oil). Start to spread the dough on it, from which form small round cookies with a spoon. Place them in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes. Then take them out and leave to cool. Then transfer the cookies to a dish, decorate with colored pastry sprinkles and serve.
Step 4
Use the original recipe for making biscuits from infant formula. Take 4 eggs and whisk with sugar (50 g). You need to get a homogeneous mass. Add baby formula and vinegar-slaked soda to it. Mix everything thoroughly and then start adding flour gradually. You need to get a thin dough, which immediately pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put it to bake for 5-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Step 5
Start preparing the frosting. Take the protein from one egg and the remaining sugar. Beat these ingredients thoroughly with a mixer until thick foam. When the cake is baked, cut the cookies out of it using pastry figurines. Put them on a baking sheet, cover with ready-made icing and send them to a hot oven for a few minutes. Then cool them down and serve.
