Cookies in a mold on gas are a quick and tasty treat, familiar to many since childhood. To prepare it, you will not need expensive products and a lot of time.

- - 1 glass of granulated sugar;
- - 210 grams of butter;
- - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
- - 1/3 tablespoon of baking soda;
- - 1/3 tablespoon of vinegar;
- - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Start making the dough. In order to cook cookies on gas, take 210 grams of butter or margarine, put it in a metal bowl, then melt over low heat or in a water bath. Let the melted butter cool for three minutes.
Step 2
After the butter has cooled slightly, add granulated sugar to it and rub the ingredients well together. Take 5 large chicken eggs and break them into an oil mixture. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
Take baking soda and quench it with table vinegar, add to the mixture of butter, granulated sugar and eggs. Beat all the ingredients with a mixer or mix thoroughly with a whisk. Make sure that the granulated sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 4
Pour the sifted wheat flour into the mixture and add the baking powder. You may not need to use baking powder, but it will make your homemade cookies more fluffy and tender. Stir the dough thoroughly or beat in a blender or food processor. The base should be pretty thick.
Step 5
To bake cookies on gas, you need a special long-handled baking dish. Before pouring the dough onto the mold, brush it with butter or vegetable oil and heat it well.
Step 6
After the dishes are ready, open their doors and put the first portion of the dough in one of them. When you close the flaps, the dough should not come out at the edges, so adjust the amount. Cookies on gas should be baked for 5-7 minutes on each side.

When the cookies are browned enough on both sides, shake them out onto a cutting board, then place in a stack after cooling. Homemade gas cookies are ready!
