Making chocolates at home is easy. There are many different recipes. For one of these, you will need a regular infant formula. The delicacy turns out to be similar to chocolate truffles.
It is necessary
- - 250 g sugar
- - 200 g butter
- - 200 g baby formula "Baby"
- - 50 g cocoa
- - 100 ml of water
- - 30 g icing sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan. Add sugar here. Bring the syrup to a boil.
Step 2
Add oil. Simmer over medium heat. Wait until the mixture thickens.
Step 3
Mix infant formula with cocoa. Pour the butter-sugar mass here in small portions. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Form small balls from the resulting composition. Dip them in the icing sugar and cocoa mixture. Sprinkle coconut on the sweets, if desired.
