It is necessary

  • - 1 sour apple,
  • - 3 tablespoons of pomegranate juice,
  • - 300 grams of meat broth,
  • - 3 tomatoes,
  • - 1 bell pepper,
  • - 1 large carrot,
  • - 3 cloves of garlic,
  • - 1 onion,
  • - 100 grams of cream,
  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar,
  • - 1 teaspoon of vinegar,
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt
  • - a little black and red ground pepper,
  • - 2 bay leaves,
  • - greens to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the apples and chop finely. Rinse the tomatoes and bell peppers and then cut them into thin slices. Peel the onions, garlic, carrots and chop finely.

Step 2

Bring the broth to a boil, put the apples in it and leave to simmer for about 3 minutes. Mix all vegetables and add to the broth along with herbs, bay leaves, salt and sugar. Stir well and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the resulting broth from heat, cool and strain. Add cream, pomegranate juice, red and black pepper to the broth. Mix everything well and serve with the meat. If desired, you can add some spices to the sauce: curry, rosemary, basil. This sauce goes very well with any fatty meats.
