Kebab translated from Persian means "fried meat". Currently, kebabs are popular in many countries of the world. For the preparation of kebab, lamb is usually traditionally used, but in different countries it is prepared in different ways and instead of lamb, beef, goat meat, pork, or as in this recipe chicken, is used.

Kebab Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast - 2 pcs;
  • Medium onion - 1 pc;
  • Dill;
  • Chicken yolk - 1 pc;
  • Flour - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Wooden skewers - 6 pcs;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients for Tomato Sauce:

  • Tomato juice - 250 ml;
  • A bunch of cilantro;
  • A bunch of parsley;
  • A bunch of dill;
  • Walnuts (peeled) - 50 g;
  • Tomato - 1 pc.

Preparation:

  1. Wash and peel chicken breasts. Chop two fillets into random pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the onion at random. We take dill and chop finely.
  3. Prepare a blender or meat grinder. Grind chicken fillet with onions into minced meat. Combine minced chicken with chopped dill, ground pepper and salt. We send the yolk and a tablespoon of flour to the minced meat for bundling the products. Knead and let stand for a while.
  4. Preheat the pan, pour in the vegetable oil. Using two tablespoons, sculpt a kebab from minced chicken. We string each one on wooden skewers.
  5. Fry in a preheated pan on all sides for 2 minutes. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180-190 degrees, bring the kebabs to readiness already in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  6. To prepare the tomato sauce, put the saucepan on the fire, pour out the tomato juice and leave to evaporate for 5 minutes.
  7. We warm up the speed and spread the walnuts and dry them a little. Then transfer the nuts to a blender and grind very finely.
  8. Cut the tomato into small cubes. Chop the greens finely. Put chopped walnuts and tomatoes in boiling tomato juice. Cook the sauce for another 2 minutes.
  9. Turn it off and let it cool down a bit. Pour the greens before serving and stir vigorously.
