Macaroni made with cheese can be both an everyday dish and a delicacy worthy of the holiday. It all depends on the type of cheese and on the way the dish is served.
It is necessary
- - 250 gr. pasta;
- - 2 tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 tablespoons of flour;
- - 300 ml of milk;
- - 120 ml of heavy cream;
- - 250 gr. mozzarella;
- - 2 medium sized tomatoes;
- - fresh basil;
- - salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package and put it in a colander.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat, add flour and fry, stirring occasionally, for a minute.
Step 3
Gradually pour in milk and cream, stir constantly for another 2 minutes. Add the mozzarella cut into small pieces in two passes. As soon as it dissolves, salt and pepper the sauce.
Step 4
Put the pasta in the finished sauce, mix and serve immediately, decorate with basil and tomato slices.
