Rolls are a popular Japanese dish that is distinguished by a huge number of all kinds. The combination of cheese with shrimp is considered one of the most successful, since such rolls are so tender that they simply melt in your mouth.
It is necessary
- - 175 g of boiled Japanese rice;
- - 2 sheets of pressed nori seaweed;
- - 100 g of shrimp;
- - 100 g of Philadelphia cheese;
- - 1 teaspoon of tobiko caviar;
- - 2 teaspoons of salt;
- - half a lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to cook Japanese rice.
Step 2
We wash the shrimps under cold water and put them in a boiling pot, adding 2 teaspoons of salt and juice from half a lemon to it. Boil the shrimp for 5-7 minutes, then put them on a plate, cool and peel.
Step 3
We wash the cucumber, peel it and cut it into thin strips.
Step 4
Place the nori leaf on the bamboo makis and distribute the rice evenly over the entire area, leaving one edge free. Sprinkle the rice with tobiko caviar on top, spread a layer of Philadelphia cheese and put shrimps and cucumber strips in the middle.
Step 5
Roll up the roll carefully and gently. Try not to put pressure on the makisu, otherwise the rice will push the shrimp out.
Step 6
Cut the rolled roll into 6 equal parts and serve with wasabi paste and pickled ginger.
