Vegetables are loved by everyone and are essential in the human diet every day. In everyday life, everyone uses them in accordance with their preferences. I want to offer an option for preparing eggplants for an exceptional occasion, for example, for guests, a festive celebration, a buffet table, etc. The dish is healthy, tasty and looks very nice and appetizing!
It is necessary
- - 2-3 medium sized eggplants;
- - 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- - 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- - 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
- - greens (dill, parsley);
- - vegetable or olive oil;
- - 1 bell pepper (red).
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the eggplant well. Cut off the tops. Cut lengthwise into several slices of equal thickness.
Step 2
Pour oil into a hot frying pan (olive oil will be more useful, but vegetable oil is also possible). Place the eggplant slices at a distance from each other. Fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Mix mayonnaise with sour cream.
Step 4
Peel and rinse the garlic. Crush the cloves with the back of a knife (for better flavor preservation), then chop finely. Mix with mayonnaise and sour cream. The sauce is ready.
Step 5
Wash the bell pepper, peel, cut into thin and short slices.
Step 6
Wash greens, dry, cut off the branches.
Step 7
Place the eggplant slices on a board (for convenience) or any other flat surface. Grease liberally with sauce, put a slice of bell pepper, a small sprig of dill and parsley, roll the eggplant and place on a plate. Thus, roll up all the slices. Place on a plate in any way you like. Sprinkle nuts on top (for an amateur).
