Fried mushroom salad will be appreciated by any gourmet. Surprise your guests with an extraordinary serving of mushrooms.
This dish is ideal with chicken or other meat dish as a side dish.
It is necessary
- For the salad:
- -650 grams of any mushrooms
- -3 tsp olive oil
- -2 cloves of garlic
- -1/2 tsp chopped rosemary
- -1/8 teaspoon salt
- -1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- -2 small bunches of Chinese salad
- -1/4 cup toasted pecans (walnuts)
- For refueling:
- -2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- -1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- -1/2 tsp honey
- -1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, minced
- - a pinch of salt and pepper
- -1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix the mushrooms thoroughly with the olive oil. Add garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spread the whole mushroom mixture from step 2 onto parchment paper. Bake for about 15 minutes, until mushrooms are brown.
Step 4
Rinse the Chinese salad thoroughly under running water, cut off the roots. Cut into small pieces and remember with your hands.
Step 5
In a large bowl, combine the Chinese salad with the prepared ingredients from the oven. Mix everything thoroughly. Add olive oil if necessary.
Step 6
In a small bowl, make the balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, rosemary, salt and pepper seasoning. Drizzle over salad before serving. Bon Appetit!
