Omelet is one of the simplest and at the same time delicious egg dishes. Traditionally, it is cooked in a pan, but it can also be baked in the oven, especially when you need to cook a dish for a large number of people.
It is necessary

- - a pinch of salt;
- - 150 ml of milk;
- - butter.

Step 1
Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt to them and stir. Pour the milk in and whisk the ingredients into a lather with a blender or whisk.
Step 2
Grease a small baking dish with a thick layer of butter and pour the egg and milk mixture into it. Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 3
While the omelet is baking, melt a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan. When the omelet is firm, remove it from the oven, place it on plates and pour over the melted butter.
