Ingredients for making an omelet in the oven:

- 8 eggs;

- 100-120 ml of milk;

- 180-200 gr of ham / sausage;

- 1/2 each red and green / yellow bell pepper;

- 200 grams of cheese (preferably Cheddar);

- 1/2 onion;

- 1 table. a spoonful of butter and vegetable oil;

- salt pepper.

Cooking Denver Omelette in the Oven

1. Peel the onion and remove the seeds and bridges from the washed peppers.

2. Cut the prepared vegetables into small cubes.

3. Heat the pan by adding butter and vegetable oil.

4. Pour pepper and onion into a frying pan, fry over medium heat.

5. Thinly cut the ham and also put it to fry in a skillet, stirring occasionally. Fry everything for about 4-5 minutes.

6. Beat eggs, milk with salt and pepper well, add grated Cheddar and cooled vegetables, mix.

7. Slightly grease a suitable size form and pour the prepared egg mass into it.

8. We bake the omelet at 210 degrees for about a quarter of an hour, maybe a little longer.

9. When the omelet is ready, let it cool slightly and then cut into portions. This omelet is perfect for both breakfast and dinner.
