Today in culinary recipes you can find a huge number of recipes for making an omelet. But the simplest and most delicious of them remains the usual omelet with milk in a pan. Even a novice hostess can cook it correctly.
It is necessary

- - 150 milliliters of milk;
- - salt, pepper to taste;
- - sunflower oil for frying.

Step 1
Break the eggs into a convenient mixing bowl, then pour the milk over them, add salt and your favorite seasonings, then mix and beat thoroughly.

Heat a frying pan with any vegetable oil (you can take not only the usual sunflower oil, but also olive oil or any other), and then gently pour the resulting egg-milk mixture onto it. It is very important then to immediately close the pan with a lid. Otherwise, the omelet will not rise and will look like an unappetizing thin pancake. This simple dish is prepared very quickly. The dish will be ready in about 10-12 minutes. The omelet should be fluffy and airy.
Step 3
If desired, the taste of the omelet can be improved and varied. For example, add vegetables, chicken, ham and any other ingredients to it. They can be added either to the pan before the eggs and milk are poured on top, or to the mixture itself. Red bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and broccoli go well with an omelet. Decorate the finished dish with herbs on top. Serve hot.
