Prepare white bread: cut 2 pieces of 1 cm thick from the loaf, cut off the crust and leave to dry for 2 hours at room temperature. Turn over and let sit for another 2 hours. If you have stale bread, use it to make cutlets. Pour the dried bread with milk, let it soften.

Step 2

For cutlets, you can choose the meat that you like best: beef, pork, or both. Pass the meat, soaked bread and onions through a meat grinder. If you prefer tender cutlets, the meat should be scrolled 2 times.

Step 3

Rinse your favorite greens and cut them as small as possible. Basil and parsley are great for making cutlets. You can also use dry herbs.

Step 4

Combine minced meat and herbs. Add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Form patties and roll in breadcrumbs.

Step 5

Preheat a frying pan, pour sunflower oil on it so that it covers the entire bottom of the pan. When the oil is hot, place the patties in the skillet. Fry over high heat on one side until golden brown for 5-7 minutes. Turn the patties over, fry them on the other side for 3-4 minutes, reduce heat to low, add a little hot water, cover the pan with a lid and fry the patties for another 10 minutes.
